Westminster

In the heart of London, City of Westminster are highly competitive across several sports, despite not having the same breadth of young people to select from that some other boroughs possess.

Bradley Wiggins, Olympic gold medallist and winner of the Tour de France represented Westminster in cycling at the London Youth Games.
