Cricket is an exciting team game which has a long history. It is played across the world and has three different formats at international level: 5 day Test matches, one day internationals and the recently invented 20 overs a side matches.

London is home to two first class cricket counties as well as the traditional home of cricket: Lord's.

Top level cricketers usually specialise in batting or bowling and all players have to field.  Skills required include good hand eye co-ordination, quick footwork and the ability to concentrate for long periods.
