Table Tennis
Although table tennis (or ping-pong) has been made popular by the Chinese, it is actually a British invention. It is played around the world and is now an Olympic sport.
A fast game with small bats played across a nine foot table, the ball moves at an incredible pace. Players need to have very quick reflexes and strong and flexible leg muscles to move quickly over short distances.

- Girls: Under 18
Competition Facts
- There will be seperate competitions for male and female, each carrying points for LYG main games.
- Matches will consist of five sets, 4 singles and 1 doubles, each set being the best of five games (11 up).
