LYG33
We deeply value the voices of young people and recognise the importance of including them in internal decision-making processes. We therefore run the LYG33 programme to empower young Londoners aged 14–24 to influence youth sport across London.
By involving young Londoners directly, we ensure that our initiatives remain relevant and accessible. Through LYG33, they consult with senior leaders and actively shape the organisation, with our commitment to embedding their influence at the heart of London Youth Games to drive meaningful change.

HannaH
HARINGEY
Hannah is a student from Haringey who studies IT at college. She is really passionate about sports and her favourite sport is football. She also enjoys coding.

Tomas
NEWHAM
Tomas, a Computer Science student, manages operations at Genesis Futsal Club, supporting admin tasks and coaching youth teams. He launched a girls’ team from scratch, boosting female futsal participation and helping players join top London academies. Tomas combines holistic sports programs to foster cognitive, social, and academic growth.

Maria
WESTMINSTER
Maria is a STEM student in year 12 who is currently studying 4 A-levels. She loves playing volleyball, running and has recently started trying martial arts! Alongside this, Maria loves reading and listening to music.

REDBRIDGE
Demi is a resilient persevering and focused Year 12 student in sixth form. He is Creative and Immensely interested in sport and health.
He participates in a lot of sport such as football , running and swimming maintaining and prioritising fitness. Demi loves Film , politics and connecting with new people which is also 2 of the 3 subjects he studies.

SUTTON
Jessica is passionate about sports and enjoys playing tennis on Tuesdays and Saturdays while also helping coach on Fridays. She plays cricket on Tuesdays and Wednesdays and has worked at The Oval during the summer, an experience she loved. A dedicated Crystal Palace supporter, she also enjoys spending time with friends who share her love for tennis and cricket.

JEMIN
MERTON
Jemin is a Year 11 student from Merton who attends school in Hammersmith. She is passionate about volunteering and has enjoyed swimming and running since she was young, currently preparing for a sponsored half-marathon. In her free time, she loves reading and playing the cello.

Kether is a Year 11 student from Havering studying Religious studies, Mandarin, Latin and art. Away from studies he compete in foundational class motorsport [for a rental karting team] loves reading and aspires to represent the continent of Africa in a sport that has never seen and individual from Africa.

Amir is a passionate, self-driven individual who thrives in challenging situations and is committed to continuous self-improvement, both in sports and beyond. As the motivated Club Captain of the Borough of Waltham Forest Gators swimming club, he leads by example. Outside of his sporting pursuits, Amir enjoys exploring nature and going on walks to stay grounded and inspired.

Alexia, a Year 12 student from Barking & Dagenham, studies psychology, sociology, and Spanish. Passionate about working with people, she is always eager to help others. She enjoys dance, which has strengthened her teamwork skills, and has a lifelong love for animals. In her free time, she likes going on walks and has recently taken up the gym.

CHARLOTTE
HAMMERSMITH&FULTHAM
Charlotte is a Year 10 student at St Paul’s Girls School who swims nationally and is passionate about inspiring young people to discover a love for sport, just as she did. Alongside her rigorous training she loves to pursue her creative side by painting or playing the cello. Charlotte hopes to encourage young athletes to chase their goals and find their confidence through sport.
