Hundreds of school pupils from across London will head to Wasps FC for the London Youth Games Girls Rugby Union event for U12s (Year 7).
The event is designed for girls who are new to rugby, in a Touch Union T1 format, providing participants with an accessible introduction to the game that helps them to build confidence in their rugby skills. Teams across London will come together to play in group stage matches with teams progressing onto the knock-out stages and eventually, the final.
Alongside this, a U14 event will run for Years 8-9.

Schools are permitted to bring a minimum of 7 competitors and a maximum of 12 competitors.
The deadline to submit team entry and school representative is;
11:59pm, Wednesday 21st February 2024.
A school must be entered by a School Games Organiser, or nominated team manager in advance of the deadline listed on the LYG App (Playwaze).
