Did you know that a volleyball player would jump 300 times on average per game?
Volleyball is a team sport contested by 6 players per side and each team tries to score points by grounding the ball on the other side of the net. The team may touch the ball up to three times before returning the ball, but individual players may not touch the ball twice consecutively.
