Sitting Volleyball is an inclusive competition for Years 3 & 4.
50% of your team, must identify as SEND and their must be girls in your team.
The sport follows FIVB’s rules with a few modifications such as smaller courts and lower nets. The main rule in sitting volleyball is that part of the players’ bottom must be in contact with the floor at all times.
