Former Team Richmond athlete Arthur Milles will make his senior international debut at the World Para Athletics Championships in New Delhi, taking place from 26th September to 5th October.

A member of British Athletics’ Paralympic Futures Programme, Arthur races in the T13 category, which is for track athletes with a visual impairment. He will be competing in the 1500m heats on the morning of Day 3 (29th September), Session 5, shortly after 09:00 India Standard Time / 04:30 British Summer Time. Live coverage can be found on the Paralympic Games YouTube channel.

Arthur trains at St Mary’s Richmond Athletics Club. Whilst at school, Arthur represented Richmond Borough at the London Youth Games, the London Mini Marathon and at Richmond-upon-Thames Inclusive Sport and Exercise (RISE) events.

Despite spending the early part of the 2025 athletics season focusing on his A-levels, in July Arthur ran a Personal Best, of 4.02.43, at the London Athletics Meet / Diamond League held at the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park stadium.
