Team Barnet welcome a range of abilities, experienced and non-experienced competitors to take part in LYG. The London Youth Games is a great opportunity for children and young people to experience participating in sport in a competitive, but fun environment, providing a great experience from trials and selection through to competition.
Competing against the other 32 London boroughs certainly adds a competitive edge to the London Youth Games and young people represent Barnet with pride – especially when they are wearing their Team Barnet t-shirts.
For many young people, the London Youth Games is a fun competition where they can come together with friends and enjoy playing sport. For others, it’s where dreams are made and can also be the main launch pad for future sporting stars.
