Hundreds of school pupils from across London will come together to take part in the London Youth Games Bee Netball Festival, an inclusive and non-competitive introduction to netball.
Bee Netball is England Netball’s fun and nurturing programme, particularly for children who are new to the sport.
The festival introduces key netball skills such as throwing, catching, footwork and shooting in fun activity stations, helping participants develop their skills and understanding whilst having fun and developing their confidence.
Some of netball’s biggest names began their journey at London Youth Games – including Commonwealth Games Champion Kadeen Corbin, England Roses player Sasha DaCosta (nee Corbin) and England Future Roses player Kira Rothwell.
