Around 300 BMX riders, including both novices and expert riders, will come together to compete in the LYG BMX event. Races are fast paced, featuring a large starting ramp, banked corners and a variety of jumps including tabletops, gap jumps and rhythm sections. Race meetings start with qualifying heats called ‘motos’ with riders moving onto further knockout rounds.

Together, London Youth Games and Chaotic Community are working to make sport more inclusive for everyone. The BMX Wingz event and all our ParaGames events are proudly supported by Chaotic, a UK-based competition platform dedicated to supporting families with Special Educational Needs (SEN). Chaotic partners with and sponsors a wide range of community organisations, schools and charities that share its mission. For founder Shana Kennedy, this mission is personal as her son Reyon is autistic.
