We kick off the new year with our first ParaGames Competition & Paralympic sport, Boccia!
Using a huge amount of skill and precision, players will take it in turns to aim their balls closest to the target ball known as the “jack”.
Boccia can be adapted to include all abilities and provides the opportunity to be active, develop teamwork and hand/eye coordination skills.
