Sitting Volleyball Festival

Hundreds of school pupils from across London will come together to take part in the London Youth Games Sitting Volleyball event, a fun and inclusive competition designed for all abilities.

Sitting Volleyball is an adapted version of volleyball, played on a smaller court with a lower net, with players seated on the floor. The event is delivered in a supportive, accessible way for wheelchair users, ambulant participants, and young people with sensory impairments or mild to severe learning disabilities.

Together, London Youth Games and Chaotic Community are working to make sport more inclusive for everyone. This event and all our ParaGames events are proudly supported by Chaotic, a UK-based competition platform dedicated to supporting families with Special Educational Needs (SEN). Chaotic partners with and sponsors a wide range of community organisations, schools and charities that share its mission. For founder Shana Kennedy, this mission is personal as her son Reyon is autistic.
