Get in touchThe LYG Sportshall Athletics Finals bring together the top teams from the Sportshall Athletics Qualifiers for a competitive indoor event at Redbridge Sports Centre, in the battle to be crowned London’s champions.
Finalists will take on fast-paced track events like the Obstacle Relay and 8-lap Paarlauf, alongside field events including Speed Bounce, Chest Push and Vertical Jump. All the activities are designed to build physical literacy, teamwork, confidence and resilience in a fun, supportive environment.
With separate competitions for Years 5-6 (mixed gender), Year 7 girls and boys and Year 8 girls and boys, this event gives young participants the chance to compete against other boroughs, have fun and feel motivated to keep staying active!
