The London Youth Games 2022-2023 School Games calendar commences with Basketball.
This event is for young people aged 16 and under (please see exact DOB and age categories in the entry info). To enquire or enter, please contact your School Games Organiser.
Boys and girls compete separately with 3 local knockout rounds culminating in a final.

Schools are permitted to enter a minimum of 5 competitors and a maximum of 12 competitors per gender.
Schools are permitted to bring all 12 competitors entered to the event on the day however only 5 will be able to take the court at any one time.
Players participating in the U14 competition are not eligible to participate in this competition.
Premier schools competing in the Basketball England Dynamik Schools competition are ineligible for the competition.

The deadline to submit a team and school representative is 11:59pm, Wednesday 7th December 2022.
The dates for the local knockout rounds are as follows:
Round 1: Friday 27th January 2023.
Round 2: Friday 10th February 2023.
Round 3: Friday 3rd March 2023.
Final 4’s: Monday 27th March 2023.
A school must be entered by a School Games Organiser, or nominated team manager in advance of the deadline listed on the LYG App (Playwaze).

Both available. However, we strongly recommend coming dressed ready for the activity.
Disabled parking bays, changing, toilets and lifts available.
The closest station is Leyton (central line).

There is limited parking available at the venue which can be accessed via Osier Way. Please note, parking will be on a first-come-first served basis and is for teams only. There is no spectator parking available.
