On Monday 21 July, the London Youth Games Foundation was delighted to welcome members and partners to the Annual General Meeting and Trophy Presentations for the 2025 season, held at the Hyatt Regency London Stratford.

The AGM provided an opportunity to reflect on the successes and challenges of the season, which saw over 160,000 young Londoners participate in 37 different sports throughout the year. Commitments were made to enhance the Games for all young Londoners through our LYG50 Campaign.

Our LYG33 youth engagement and leadership cohort shared what the Games mean to them, and the difference the experience has had on their lives. They also outlined how they would like to work with decision makers to ensure youth voice is used to improve youth sport provision locally.

It provided an opportunity to celebrate the outstanding achievements of our young participants, who have shown sportsmanship and determination throughout the season.
