The London Youth Games Futsal competition returned for its second year on Wednesday 7th May 2025 at Crystal Palace National Sports Centre. Delivered in partnership with Futsallers, this year’s event saw the tournament double in size – welcoming 29 teams and over 200 participants from across London’s boroughs.

There was a brilliant atmosphere throughout the event. Both the boys and girls competitions games and a strong competitive spirit.

Teachers provided positive feedback on the event. “I like the environment – it’s been a great experience, very competitive. It’s our first time competing in futsal and it’s felt like a unique opportunity,” shared Mr James, Kensington Team Manager.

“It’s been great because it allows kids to play futsal in a competitive environment against other boroughs. Sportsmanship has been great, games have been hard but fair. It’s been a joy to be part of,” said Mr Rivers, Hounslow Team Manager.
