Indoor Rowing
A rowing machine simulates watercraft rowing and it's become an established sport in its own right. Our own competition happens every year in the Summer Finals week at Crystal Palace National Sport Centre.
PRO FACT
Rowing began as a sport in 1828 at Oxford and Cambridge, when both universities ran their first ‘boat race’. It became an annual tradition that continues to this day.
