Judo

Judo is a martial art and Olympic sport that began in Japan. In judo, kicking and punching are banned. The skill is to throw your opponent to the floor and pin them down. As players get better they progress through the belt system starting with white, yellow and orange. Anyone can enjoy Judo to improve their agility and strength. PRO FACT Buddhist monks in China, Japan and Tibet developed jujitsu over the course of 2,000 years to defend themselves against armed invaders.
