TABLE TENNIS

Although table tennis has been made popular by the Chinese, it is actually a British invention. It is played around the world and is now an Olympic sport. A fast game with small bats played across a 9-foot table, the ball moves at an incredible pace.  Players need to have very quick reflexes and strong and flexible leg muscles to move quickly over short distances.
