Graphic 1: 66%* of London Youth Games participants are lonely never or hardly ever *Open Games survey carried out by Trust Impact (Feb-Sept 2023) Graphici 2: 93% LYG33 members said the programme increased their confidence in themselves and capabilities to achieve future ambitions. Graphic 3: 49% of School Games participants took part from the 1st-5th most deprived areas of London (IMD 1-5) last year Graphic 4: 151,033 young people took part in School Games events last year Graphic 5 : Over 25,500 young people with special educational needs and disabilities have benefitted from the Games since 1977 Graphic 6: 3972 celebrated sport, culture and entertainment at the Finals Festival on July 1 & 2. Graphic 7: 43% of last year’s Open Games participants are from Ethnically Diverse communities Graphic 8: More than 20000 volunteers have been supported to develop skills and confidence through the Games since 1977 Graphic 9: 12 new coaches trained to offer specialist sport and opportunities for young people with special educational needs and disability
